Customer Service Loan Specialist                           


Position Summary: 

The primary goal of this position is to provide exemplary Customer Service by assisting consumers with short-term lending options for short-term financial needs.  Agents will work individually, as well as in a cooperative team dynamic, to define and strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Individuals should work to create a positive, respectful, friendly environment among consumers, employees, and/or vendors.  Seeking motivated, accountable, and reliable individuals dedicated to delivering superior Customer Service and selling featured products and/or services. 

 

Tasks:

•         Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships with Consumers

•         Assist Consumers with Short-Term Lending Products and/or Company Services

•         Inform, Upsell, Cross Sell, and Sell Ancillary Product Offerings

•         Effective and Timely Communication with Consumers & Management Staff

•         Navigate Across Multiple Web-Based Systems

•         Inbound and Outbound Call Production

•         Assess Risk and Make Decisions within Established Criteria 

•         Prompt Issue Resolution

•         Recover Business through Targeted Marketing Campaigns

•         Record Keeping and Maintain Production Workflow

•         Notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone to solicit payment. 

•         Work with customers to pay amounts due on delinquent accounts.

•         Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.

•         Update delinquent customer’s information such as addresses and phone numbers.

•         Meet Production Goals: Promise to pays, dollars collected, and individual, team and/or department goals.

Education and Experience:

•         High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate

•         Call Center and/or Sales Experience

•         Ability to work between 11am to 10pm Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8pm Saturday, and 2pm-8pm Sunday
