Customer Service Loan Specialist


Position Summary:

The primary goal of this position is to provide exemplary Customer Service by assisting consumers with short-term lending options for short-term financial needs. Agents will work individually, as well as in a cooperative team dynamic, to define and strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Success will be measured monthly by completion of goals and quality of service.  Individuals should work to create a positive, respectful, friendly environment among consumers, employees, and/or vendors. Seeking motivated, accountable, and reliable individuals dedicated to delivering superior Customer Service and selling featured products and/or services. 

Tasks:

●  Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships with Consumers

●  Assist Consumers with Short-Term Lending Products and/or Company Services

●  Inform the Consumer on Products Available and Information Required to Apply

●  Upsell, Cross Sell, and Sell Ancillary Product Offerings

●  Effective and Timely Communication with Consumers

●  Navigate Across Multiple Web-Based Systems

●  Inbound and Outbound Call Production

●  Assess Risk and Make Decisions within Established Criteria

●  Prompt Issue Resolution

●  Recover Business through Targeted Marketing Campaigns

●  Record Keeping and Maintain Production Workflow

●  Report and Track Production and Goal Progress to Management

●  Personally Complies with Governmental Regulations and Laws

Job Requirements


Experience And Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Call Center and Sales experience preferred.
