The Collector position is a valuable function within our organization. Collectors interact directly with our customers via phone, providing mutually beneficial solutions to recoup funds.

Job Requirements

Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required. Must have at least (1) year collection / call center experience. Applicant must possess good telephone communication skills and the ability to speak in a clear, precise and professional manner. Basic computer, typing and math skills are a must.

The collector positions are full-time. Schedules vary based on a 40 hour work week. Applicants must be flexible and available to work Sunday through Saturday.
